The team behind TruTraits
In today's world of advanced technology, there are still so many people suffering from problems in their relationships. We set out to develop this service to help people in many different kinds of relationships - dating, spouse and partner, parent-child, in-laws, colleagues, friends, acquaintances (making new friends) and many more...
The TruTraits Mapping Engine has its foundation based on very proven and establish modelling of personalities, cognitive learning modes and socio-behavorial classifications.
All prevailing psychological studies and modelling of human behaviours have been largely focused on the individual in trying to identify traits and attributes to describe personalities. This has the danger of place labels which limits and box-in individuals to their classifications stereo-typical behaviours.
What's different about our approach from traditional psychology is our focus on the interpersonal interaction itself. Human being tend to react differently depending on who they encounter. Hence, we find that describing the interactions and their associated experiences are a lot more useful without having to label anyone in the process.
Each Interpersonal Map is only valid for a specific interpersonal pairing. It can therefore be used to guide the approaches to a particular relationship without the risk of condemning the individuals. It does uncover the gaps in areas where frequent stress in a relationship occurs, thus giving the user a more objective focus rather than placing blame as a result of frustration felt when one faces repeated friction in areas of natural clashes.
Sure, we could put up some fancy graphics, however, wouldn't it be better to see the results for yourself!
